Did you know that once upon a time, the major networks used to have an unedited/unencrypted live feed that broadcasted 24/7? Or that any person who could afford a satellite dish could access these feeds? I mean it certainly would not expose things that this sub is built off of right?

Spin is a 1995 documentary film by Brian Springer composed of raw satellite feeds featuring politicians’ pre-appearance planning.

Due to the shitty quality that’s been available on youtube or anywhere online, this version was enhanced and the soundtrack was replaced for your viewing pleasure in HD.

It covers, not only the presidential election, but also the 1992 Los Angeles riots as well as the Operation Rescue abortion protests.

Using the 1992 presidential election as his springboard, Springer captures the behind-the-scenes maneuverings of politicians and newscasters in the early 1990s.

Pat Robertson banters about “homos,” Al Gore learns how to avoid abortion questions, George H. W. Bush talks to Larry King about Halcion—all presuming they’re off camera. Composed of 100% unauthorized satellite footage, Spin is a surreal expose of media-constructed reality.

It’s an oldie but a goodie. For your own education, do NOT click the link and go oh this is from 1995 and I could probably find something much newer on the subject. Actually, no you can’t. They ended the practice of allowing the raw feed to flow out the building to every Tom Dick and Harry many many years ago lol… So set aside an hour, and see some truly jaw dropping moments that even the most thorough researcher has probably never heard of or seen. 😀

Here’s an example(and not even close to being one of the best moments): at one point Larry King is interviewing Bill Clinton, when they are at commercial Larry King straight-up tells Bill (Clinton isn’t president yet, on his way to winning though)…”ya you know Ted Turner, he said he would be interested in serving you. And that you should get a hold of him.”. You will see in the context that I pulled this from when watching the video, that serving has a lot more of a diabolical meaning than it may seem on the surface. You’ll have to watch to find out!!

God could you imagine if we had access to these run network feeds nowadays 😂😂 I bet it would make anything that is in this documentary look tame in comparison lol!
